My debut collection of knitted cushions and throws will be on display at Somerset House for The Startup Showcase next weekend (23rd/24th March). The designs are a taster of what’s to come, but are currently not for sale. All samples have been made by me on a hand-operated knitting machine. It’s an incredibly labour intensive process, requiring me to weave-in the pattern every row…and there are lots of rows! Some of the patterns are more complicated than others, but none of them are quick to knit! Here’s a little video to give you an idea of the process…

In Sight: Interiors
I’m having a sketching day and thought I’d sketch a few interiors that I love. My cushions would look great in these rooms!

In Sight: View from the Train
On the train home from London I watched the sun setting and managed to capture this photo as we raced through the countryside. I love how the trees have blurred into the sky creating a grainy pattern.
