Kate designed the Women’s Sweaters and Cold Weather Accessories for Club Monaco from 2008 to 2010. She was responsible for designing the complete women’s knitwear range and the first few collections for “The Cashmere Shop”; a capsule collection of luxurious cashmere basics and fashion forward styles.

Kate reported directly to the VP of Women’s Design and managed an assistant. She worked closely with merchandisers, technicians, the production team and overseas partners. She traveled for inspirational research, yarn and trim sourcing, and factory visits. She created tech packs and specs for sampling, led fittings and followed each design from initial idea through to production.
